music soc string ensemble open rehearsal

UEA Music Soc are running open rehearsals for the first couple of weeks so no need to buy a membership just yet. We'd love to see you whether you've just started playing or been playing for ages!

String ensemble rehearses every Friday from 6:30pm to 8pm in the Strode Room (music building). Feel free to turn up to our first open rehearsal on Friday 7th October and give it a go!

The string ensemble launched in November 2016 and has gone from strength to strength over the last few years. We play all kinds of music, ranging from musicals to traditional classical music – essentially, any music that they enjoy! All bowed string players are welcome as long as you're happy playing as a group!
