Come and meet the landlord of No.1 Union House!

For one day only, we’re transforming the Green Room into a student property to help you get a feel for what it is like to view a property and understand what to look for and think about when house hunting. We’ll ask you to look out for areas of concern and examples of good practice and compliance with housing legislation.

We'll also give you a copy of our viewings checklist as a reminder of what to look out for and questions to ask the landlord/agent when you attend future property viewings. 

Drop in between 11am and 3pm, no ticket booking required.
