Who We Are
We are the official sports club for Ballroom and Latin American dancing at UEA.
We offer professional dance tuition along with social dancing events, as well as the chance to represent UEA at university league competitions across the country.
We learn over 14 dances, so if you've ever seen Strictly Come Dancing or Dancing with the Stars, those are the dances we learn. The Ballroom dances include a Slow Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot and Quickstep. The Latin entails Cha cha cha, Samba, Paso Doble, Rumba, and Jive. Swing dances like Rock'n'Roll and Charleston are also taught as special workshops.
We also host a variety of socials to get to know everyone better and have a bit of fun!

2-3pm - Beginners (Blackdale 0.08)
3-4pm - Novice Silver (Blackdale 0.08)
4-5pm - Novice Gold (Blackdale 0.08)
5-6pm - Intermediate (Blackdale 0.08
6:30-7:30pm - strictly practice (pro dancers only in sportspark dance studio)
7:30-9pm Open Practice (Sportspark Dance Studio)
Every Sunday, abilities and timings are as follows:
2-3pm - New Beginners (Blackdale 0.08) - For those brand new to dancing this term
3-4pm - Beginners (Blackdale 0.08) - For those who began dancing last term
4-5pm - Novice Silver (Blackdale 0.08)
5-6pm - Novice Gold (Blackdale 0.08)
6:30-7:30pm - Intermediate (Sportspark Dance Studio)
7:30-9pm - Open Practice (Sportspark Dance Studio)
Due to a busy timetable, please be aware lessons may overrun. We appreciate your patience :)

6-8pm - Open Practice (Blackdale 0.08)
Club Membership Prices
£7.50 Club Membership + £55 UEA Sport Membership are required to join the club.
Booking and Paying for Lessons:
FIRST LESSON £2.50!
Lessons are £4 each (to be purchased before the lesson each week, found at the bottom of this page)
OR
You can purchase a Lesson Term Pass (weekly lesson booking not required) for £24
We cannot take payments in person, so please purchase you memberships, lessons or passes on this page.
