Give Ultimate Frisbee a go! Outdoor taster

Always wanted to chuck some plastic discs around but never had the chance? Ultimate Frisbee is the sport for you! Join us at the Sportspark in Hall 4, whether you've played the sport or never heard of it!

What to bring?

Outdoor Trainers/football boots/suitable footwear (no metal studs), a waterbottle, a light and dark shirt and a positive attitude!

What is a Frisbee Session?

As with most other sports club tasters, we'll start by doing a quick warm up, some throwing, some drills to improve aspects of the game and most importantly fun and games!

How can I find Colney Lane - The Plateau?

We train on the UEA playing fields, on Google Maps it's just past the UEA baseball and softball field. We have some usefull tips on how to get there on our Insta so go check it out!
