It’s February and we’ve got some terrific films in store this month that celebrate LGBTQ+ History Month! All films start at 6pm followed by an open and supportive discussion. We hope to see you there.

This week we'll be watching My Beautiful Laundrette (1985) - The groundbreaking and award-winning British film of the intermixing of Pakistani and English communities in 80s Thatcher London as told through the evolving relationship between Omar and Johnny. Based on a book by Hanif Kureishi, this comic and touching tale gives a rare voice to Desi LGBT+ experience.

The film is 97 minutes long. Stay after the screening to join in the discussion.
