Do Something for your Wellbeing
Feeling stressed about upcoming deadlines and exams? The Wellbeing Trainers are running Address Your Stress – drop in events to enable you to better understand and manage your stress levels. These will take place on Wednesdays 2-4pm throughout assessment period at the Study Cafe in the SIZ and in the Library. Join the Wellbeing Trainers and pick up your free Address Your Stress Pack, which is filled with tips and techniques to help you manage stress. Students are welcome to work through the pack with us, or can pick one up and take it away or can email email@example.com, to request a pack to be sent digitally. There are also wellbeing workshops and groups running in June including Managing Change. The workshops aim to give you information on a variety of topics and provide you with tools to use in your life beyond the workshop.
