Could you call out a friend, a course mate, or a stranger if they said something unacceptable? Do you have the skills and confidence to safely intervene?

Come and learn the 5Ds of bystander intervention so you know what to do and how you can do it while staying safe. This workshop is committed to intersectional lived experiences and cultivating a socially respectful and inclusive student environment. To support a positive change in culture addressing the harassment, discriminatory attitudes, and unsafe environments on campus, we are excited to launch the University’s ‘Call It Out’ bystander intervention programme.
