UEA Panto Society
Calling all pantomime lovers and newcomers! UEA Panto Society is an amateur dramatics group with a focus on the zany slapstick entertainment expected of pantomimes. Whether you are a pantomime veteran or completely new to the concept, all are welcome at PantoSoc. For those who do not want to try their hand at acting, never fear! Those interested in script writing, production, directing, choreography, costume, set design, tech, music and other behind the scenes roles are needed in order to make any show a success.
Following on from a slew of successful productions (including Game of Thrones, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean and Merlin) this year (2024/5) we will be performing SPIDERMAN: THE PANTOMIME!! Details on auditions will be forthcoming via our social media pages and discord link, so make sure to follow us and keep an eye out - we are performing January 2025. We welcome all - whether you're an actor, dancer, costume maker, painter, we are the only theatre group at UEA where you have a guaranteed place in the show.
