ANOTHER update from ivo

Hello there!

Just a short blog from me this week, but I bring good news that will hopefully put a lot of minds at ease.

Firstly, I’ve been informed by the university that everyone should expect their timetables for next semester later this week. This launch should be much smoother than the launch of timetables back in September and there should be far fewer issues to resolve this time. There will be an email from the university later this week to explain what to do if your timetable has any clashes or other problems. I’d also like to take this opportunity to recommend that if you would like to change any of your modules, get your module change form submitted as soon as possible!

Secondly, I’d like to clarify that the current plan for next semester is to keep as much teaching in person as possible. Obviously, this is something I hope we’re all glad to hear, particularly given the recent announcement of more COVID-19 guidance.

This will likely be my last blog of the semester, so I wish you all the very best of luck with your assessments and hope you enjoy the Winter break. As always, feel free to send me an email if there’s anything I can do to help, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Ivo
