What is the Annual General Meeting (AGM)?
An Annual General Meeting or an AGM, is a formal meeting which is held once a year. It is good practice for charities to have an AGM to outline what has occurred over the year and review annual finances. Any member can attend or vote at our AGM.
All rules outlining the Annual General Meeting process (also called the Annual Members meeting) can be found in our Bye-Laws, in the Governance page of this website.
Next AGM date:
4-6PM, 19th March 2026 - Lecture Theatre 1
Agendas and minutes from the AGM will be uploaded on this webpage when they become available.
