Annual General Meeting (AGM)

What is the Annual General Meeting (AGM)?

An Annual General Meeting or an AGM, is a formal meeting which is held once a year. It is good practice for charities to have an AGM to outline what has occurred over the year and review annual finances. Any member can attend or vote at our AGM.

All rules outlining the Annual General Meeting process (also called the Annual Members meeting) can be found in our Bye-Laws, in the Governance page of this website.
