Welcome to the Mature Students Peer Support Group [PSG]

Peer Support Group of the year 2022

We are a friendly community of mature students from various backgrounds and reasons for returning to education.

Our primary aim is to provide mature students with tailored support and guidance throughout their studies by signposting students to the appropriate UEA services, from Well-being Student life and Disability Support to Learning and Teaching, Finance and Residential Life teams.

This may include contacting Gemma Standen [Wider Participation Officer] to Ancha Joof [Student Opportunities Coordinator] at UEASU.
Other sources of information about mature student life can be found on the UEA Mature Students page, including dates and links to mature students/commuters' events.
For those who commute to campus regularly by car, bus or train, additional information can be found on the dedicated Commuters page, including dates for the popular commuter breakfasts and Coffee meet-ups.
Many adult learners will have caring responsibilities to manage alongside their studies. Further information can be found on the Students with caring responsibilities page.

Members also benefit from *term time.
