Looking to gain publishing or editorial experience? Look no further!

Egg Box members interested in gaining publishing, editorial or proofreading experience can come along to find out more about volunteering to proofread and provide feedback on creative writing submissions for our new winter print anthology, Eggshells! 🐣

Date: Monday 2nd November
Time: 6pm - 7pm
Venue: New Science Building 0.03

This workshop is aimed at Egg Box Publishing members, as only members are able to volunteer as proofreaders for the anthology.

Not a member yet? You’re still welcome to book a place. Membership costs £3, and you’ll need to join before volunteering as a proofreader for Eggshells.

The session will cover:

• Guidance on how the editing and proofreading process will work for volunteers
• Handouts with editorial guidance when providing feedback on students work
• Have the opportunity to confirm your interest in being an editorial volunteer for the anthology

Feel free to email eggboxpublishing.soc@uea.ac.uk with any questions 😊

We hope to see you there! 🥚
