Mousehold heath
On Saturday the 9th of may we are hosting a tour of Mousehold Heath, a fascitianting and historic heathland above the City of Norwich.
The tour, led by Reuben Harvey, our ex president, will include stops such as the old victorian barracks, Kett's Castle, the ruins of the Shrine of William of Norwich, and the early 20th century aerodrome. The tour starts at the Bishops Bridge (near the Red Lion Pub) at 11am and will be about 3 hours with a 20 minute break for lunch.
Please wear appropriate footwear and bring lunch. The tour will cover bumpy terrain and steep hills. The tour may not be accessible to those with mobility issues. If you have any questions regarding accessibility, please contact us via email or Instagram.
