Join us for a relaxed 5K run at a conversational pace, perfect for all abilities. Whether you’re a regular runner or just getting started, everyone’s welcome!

📍 Meet: Norwich Train Station, Bus Stop.
⏰ Time: 14:00-15:00
🏃 Pace: Easy, social, no one left behind

We’ll head out for a chilled 5K route and then grab coffee together afterwards ☕
