A sound bath is an immersive, meditative experience – lie down, close your eyes and be surrounded by a soundscape of vibrations from a rich variety of instruments such as specialised crystal bowls designed to create resonance, and gongs to facilitate deep relaxation. The perfect route to a much needed energy reset!
