Diwali Utsav – The Festival of Lights

Join us as we come together to celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Lights — a time of joy, unity, and new beginnings!
Entry Information:
Entry to the event will be through the LCR front entrance.
Doors open at 6:00 PM with the event officially starting at 6:30 PM.
Pooja & Darshan
The evening will begin with a Pooja at The Hive. Everyone will have the opportunity to take Darshan and receive Panchamrith as blessings.
Cultural Performances & Food Stalls
After the lighting of the lamp by Hindu Society, the festivities will continue in the LCR, featuring vibrant cultural performances by students and societies, showcasing music, dance, and tradition alongside some local restaurant stalls selling food and drinks.
Sparklers in The Square
Later in the evening, we will gather in The Square for a sparkling Diwali countdown! Each ticket holder will receive a hand-held sparkler, and together we’ll light them up in a joyful celebration of light.
DJ Night
We’ll return to the LCR to end the evening on a high note with an energetic DJ session, filled with music, dancing, and festive vibes until 10:30 PM.
Come dressed in your festive best and be part of Norwich’s biggest Diwali celebration, filled with light, laughter, music, and togetherness!
