We're pleased to announce that the Home Run accommodation platform, which was scheduled to close from 31st December 2025, will now be taken over by Studentpad! This means UEA students and local landlords can continue to advertise rooms and properties, and use the student messageboards. 

The official launch date for UEA Studentpad is the 1st Jan 2026, but the development team are working hard in the background to update and refresh the site as soon as possible. We appreciate your consideration and understanding as we transition administration across December. 

The UEA Studentpad housing list features a variety of accommodation listings offered by private landlords and letting agents, available to UEA students. 

This housing list is only accessible to UEA students and local landlords. Please note that uea(su) does not directly administrate this housing list, and any queries can be directed to team@studentpad.com 

All accommodation providers advertising rooms and properties have agreed to comply with the studentpad advertising Terms and Conditions, who check that the right information is added to the listings before they’re available to view online.  

As well as the advertising list, the website features a message board, where you can find other students to group up with, or advertise spare rooms in your current tenancy.

Student access to Studentpad 

If you are a current UEA student, you can login directly: Accommodation Search. 

Use your UEA email address and password - the same details you would use to login to a computer in the UEA library or to access e:Vision. 

Once logged in, you’ll be able to make direct enquiries to landlord and agents using the internal messaging system, create a hotlist of properties you are interested in and set up alerts to receive emails when new properties that match your preferences are added to the housing list. 

If you have an offer to study at UEA then you are also welcome to view our housing list and message board.  

Please create a Student Account and send confirmation of your offer to team@studentpad.com. Once your account has been activated, you'll also benefit from the account features described above.

UEA Studentpad provides a service to help students find private sector accommodation, and offers providers of accommodation the opportunity to advertise their properties to UEA students. This is an advertising-only platform open to both existing and new landlords, letting agents and providers of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).
