If you do not have a yoga mat, there will be a few that are available for people to use, but these are very limited in number. You can also borrow a yoga mat for a week at a time from the SIZ. As a backup plan, if you do not have a yoga mat, please bring a towel with you. You can use the floor mats in the room as a base layer, and then add the towel on top for extra cushioning!
