A free taster session where you'll be introduced to the basics of pole fitness

Welcome to UEA Pole Fitness!

In our taster sessions, you will get an introduction to the basics of pole fitness. Starting with a warm up, our amazing coach Rhianna-Lily Smith will teach you some beginner friendly moves, and end with a cool down. Sessions are 50 minutes long, and you will be allocated a time slot via email vefore the day. If you have a time preference or want to be in the same slot as a friend let us know and we will try our best to accomodate this!

What should I wear/bring?

Wear anything you feel comfortable in! We reccomend wearing shorts so that the skin on your legs can help you to grip the pole, and a vest or t-shirt. We also ask that you remove any rings or jewelery before the session starts as this can damage the poles. 

Make sure to bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated! 

Please ensure you get here 10 minutes before your slot, so we can sign you in and start on time. If you book a slot, please make sure to turn up - this is because our tasters are in such high demand. We do not tolerate any no-shows or late-comers, as the warm-up is mandatory for your safety! So please let us know if you can't make it on the day.
