John Jarrold room @ Sportpark

A great opportunity to improve mobility, flexability, and range of motion.

We will meet 5 minutes before the session starts in the sportspark cafe and head up together.

Note: if you obtain a ticket for the session but can no longer attend you must let us know. Failure to let the club know 3 hours before the session begins will result in a fee of £5 before you can attend another session. Emergency circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
