Come join us for this year's WELCOME Colour Run!
Is your usual run becoming a bit samey? Fancy a bit more ‘colour’ during your run? Want to see more of the uea campus? Then this event is for you! Starting from the Square, going around the meadow and past the Ziggurats and back to outside the LCR to finish (or twice if you fancy it!).
Event Information
Timings: Thursday 17th September, registration from 11:30, warm up at 12:00, first run starting at 12:15.

Tickets: Claim your free ticket ahead of the event but don't worry if you can't get one, you'll still be able to participate on the day (just allow a little more time for registration!)
Clothing: Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather and suitable clothing and footwear wear for running. Your clothes may get stained as part of the event. We will have white t-shirts available in a range of sizes available on a first come first served basis.

The route: from 2 - 4km depending on how much you would like to challenge yourself. However far you run, you are guaranteed to finish the run covered in paint. As the event is for everyone you are welcome to sprint, jog or walk!

Refreshments: bring your own water bottle, these can be refilled in The Hive or SU Bar
Clean up: If you wish to clean off after the event on campus, all students and staff can register their campus cards for free access to the Sportspark, changing facilities and showers can be found here.
