Mental Health First Aid Course - Headucate: 29th November 9am - 30th November 5pm; Online; The MHFA course is a way to practise the skills needed to notice when someone is struggling with their mental health, to gain the confidence to start a conversation with them and to know how to signpost them to the right support.
