DMA's are back, and they’re better than ever. After the release of their 2023 album How Many Dreams?, the band took some time away, using the time to live life and really work on the sound of this next chapter. The result? Their new single, My Baby's Place, songwriter Matt Mason describes as “a new approach to songwriting for us, but with a return to the sound and energy of our first couple of albums.” The band has built on their signature anthemic sound, while returning to their indie roots, and produced one of the most personal moments in their discography to date.  The release of ‘My Baby’s Place’ is particularly apt in a year that marks the 10th anniversary of their seismic debut album, Hills End. It’s a song of two halves, and two very different lives. There’s a visceral sense of longing imbued in My Baby's Place one that feels instantly familiar. With more than 250,000 album sales under their belt, 575,000,000+ streams to date, and superfans spread across Australia, the UK, the US and across the world - the return of DMA'S marks an exciting time for fans both old and new. My Baby's Place is a reminder of the band’s unrivalled ability to make the personal relatable to young and old, and with their songwriting more razor-sharp than ever, 2026 is shaping up to be a huge year for the ever-enduring trio.
