ABOUT US

Uea panthers are made up from 10 teams all combined to make one family. We compete at a variety of levels so there is definently something for everyone, whether you have never bounced a ball before or consider yourself to be the next Lebron James there is a place for you.

This upcoming season we have the following teams entered:

• Mens BUCS Midlands Tier 4
• Norfolk Local Leage mens DIV 1
• Norfolk Local League mens DIV 2
• Womens WNBL DIV 2
• Womens BUCS Midlands Tier 1
• Norfolk Local league womens DIV 1

Monday:  07:00 – 09:00 Shooting/ S&C practice Mens 1/Womens 1s

                 19:00 - 20:40 Women's 1s 

                 20:40 - 22:20 Mens 1s

Tuesday:  07:00 – 09:00 Womens 2s/3s

                 20:20 – 22:20 Men's 2s/3s

Thursday: 19:40 – 21:00 Womens 1s

                  21:00 – 22:20 Mens 1s

Friday:     07:00 – 09:00 Mens 2s/3s

Sunday:   13:00 – 15:00 Womens 2s/3s

                15:00 – 17:00 Mens Dev

In addition to this both Mens 1s and Womens 1s will have access to strength and conditioning sessions run by our S&C coach as well as video analysis sessions to help improve.
