About voice(su)

Find out how you can get represented, share your views, and make change at UEA.

voice(su)

We are the formal channel for all aspects of academic and non-academic representation at UEA, supporting your Elected Officers, Convenors, and other student leaders. Our role is to ensure your voice is heard in every decision that impacts your student experience. Alongside this, we run campaigns throughout the year, addressing the issues that matter most to UEA students, from mental health support to sustainability initiatives.

Campaigns and initiatives

Our campaigns are driven by you. We tackle the challenges students face on campus and beyond, focusing on creating a more inclusive, supportive, and engaging university environment. Whether it’s advocating for student welfare, supporting equality and diversity, or pushing for fairer policies, we’re here to ensure your voice drives change.

Research and advocacy

At uea(su) we don’t just react—we research. Our work is informed by in-depth research that explores trends within higher education and, more importantly, reflects the lived experiences of UEA students. Through surveys, focus groups, and direct engagement, we make sure your experiences and feedback shape our actions.
