We offer appointments in person, via Teams and telephone, and by email. We’ll ask you what types of appointments you can attend, which gives us the flexibility to help you as soon as possible.

At busy times of year, we’ll offer email appointments as standard to make sure we can support as many students as possible.

If you email or visit the Students Union Welcome Desk in Union House (open Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm) to ask for an appointment, you’ll be asked to complete a request form first. We’re not doing this to be annoying, but to make sure we’ve got all the information needed to provide you with the most effective advice.

If we are not the right team to help with your query, we will let you know who to contact in the University.

Before you request an appointment, make sure you’ve checked out our information resources. We’ll prioritise the most complex or time-sensitive situations, and you might be able to find the answer you need on our website.
