The LCR is our live music venue and nightclub situated on campus. Dating back to 1963, the LCR has played host to some of the world’s top bands! Acts such as Fontaines D.C., Charli XCX, Kasabian, The 1975, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Loyle Carner, Little Simz and many more, have all performed in this very venue.  


The LCR also host regular club nights alongside special events such as Glitterbomb, Student-Run events such as Strictly, Go Global, So You Think You Can Cheer Dance, award evenings and many more!

With its state-of-the-art audio and visual effects systems, we're proud to say that the LCR is the biggest venue in Norfolk, drawing crowds of 2000 club- and gig-goers on a regular basis. Over half a century of memories have been made in this iconic venue and we look forward to you making yourself a part of its history!

Student club nights

The LCR is Norwich's premium student clubnight venue, hosting FOUR separate nights on a regular basis. Each has it's own playlist and vibe, so we're sure you'll find your perfect night.
