Join us for our Semester 2 Pole Fitness Taster Sessions on 31st, taught by our lovely volunteer coach Hannah. Whether you’re brand new or just fancy giving it a go, these sessions are designed to be welcoming, fun, and confidence-boosting (yes, even if you think you have zero upper body strength).
Sessions are completely free and will run 11am–4pm, with one-hour slots allocated after purchase. If you have a time preference or want to be with a friend, drop us a message on Instagram @ueapf and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Important Info:
Please bring a water bottle
No lotion or moisturiser 24 hours before (so you aren't extra slippy)
No jewellery
We recommend you wear shorts, and a tshirt, vest, or sports bra for the best grip! Please don't let clothing put you off - we welcome all shapes, sizes, and abilities, and comfort first.
