Thanks for joining our prize draw.

In order to guess the name of Mr Teddy, purchase a ticket above and show the committee at our MedMart Stall. Then you'll have a chance to write down your chosen name, and email. If you guess the name, we'll send you an email with your £5 Amazon gift card. Good luck guessing!!!

All proceeds go to the chosen charity of the year and/or Young Minds (a mental health charity for children).
