Consuming Negative Media - A Workshop on Looking After Your Mental Health

Join Headucate X SJP X uea(su) POC part-time officer for a workshop on:

Looking after your mental health when consuming negative media.

The session will be focussed on discussion around how the consumption of negtaive media can effect your mental health, how to support your mental health and discussions around current global issues/crises, lead by POC PTO and SJP.

Entry is free, and open to all (you do not have to be a member!), so please bring people along with you if you are interested in open discussions like this!
