This online training session will prepare you to deliver Headucate mental health workshops with confidence.
We’ll go through the workshop slides and script, explain how sessions are structured, and answer any questions you might have about delivering content or managing discussions. You’ll also get practical tips on presenting, engaging with students, and handling common questions during workshops.
A committee member with experience in running workshops will lead the session and provide guidance throughout.
This training is open to all Headucate volunteers — whether you’re new to delivering workshops or looking for a refresher. It’s a great opportunity to familiarise yourself with the material, share ideas, and meet other members who you might be presenting with in the future.
By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of how to deliver the workshop effectively and feel more confident supporting young people in conversations about mental health.
