Last semester, Dance squad has collaborated with us and UEA Student Services for the campaign #LetsGetUEAtalking to spread mental health awareness.
We would like to share this experience with you guys! Some of our members will be sharing about their experiences being a university student trying to balance our responsibilities, mental health issues, support etc. It will be a safe space for you to also share your thoughts during the discussion! After the panel discussion, student services will be sharing their workshop on how we can support one another.

6-6.45pm: Panel discussion
6.45-7pm: Pizza!
7-8pm: How to support a friend workshop by student services

We understand that discussion about mental health can be triggering, this will be informed at the start of the session, and you will be signposted to our committee members if you wish to leave and/or need any support.

There will be photography at the event but NO videography/recording will be allowed.
