Springwood High School

Our workshops aim to reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health conditions through open conversation. This workshop is a really good opportunity to practice your public speaking skills in a safe and supported environment.

The workshop will be delivered to 3 classes of 30 year 12 (17 year old) students at Springwood high school. The timings are as follows:

11:40am-12:40pm
1.20pm-2.20pm
2.25pm-3.25pm

This workshop is a really good opportunity to practice your public speaking skills in a safe and supported environment. Prior to delivering the workshop there will be an opportunity to practice talking through the script alongside the slides with a Headucate member with experience delivering workshops and the others signed up to help deliver the workshop. 

Transport will be provided to and from the workshop. We would be leaving at around 10.30am, so we can arrive there before 11.40am.
