We meet once a week to practice yoga and meditation.
All beginners are welcome!
We aim to use yoga and guided meditation to cultivate mindfulness, calm and insight. After participating in the yoga and meditation, feel free to join us for a cup of tea and group discussion.
Attendance is open to all staff and students. If you'd like to support the running of the society and stay up to date with our latest news and events, we encourage you to become a member!
