This week’s S&C session focuses on building strength, stability, and preventing injuries across all disciplines — from sprinters to distance runners.
Athletes will work through functional movements targeting the core, glutes, hamstrings, and shoulders — key areas for performance and resilience. The session blends bodyweight and resistance exercises, keeping it adaptable, fun, and focused on moving well rather than just lifting heavy.
