Following from our first successful SnC session last week, expect a high-energy strength and conditioning session built to make you faster, stronger, and more resilient. Expect a mix of lifting, plyometrics, and mobility work to boost power, sharpen movement, and help prevent injuries. Come ready to work hard and leave stronger !
