Come along to anisoc's oshikatsu event!! During the event we will be decorating and making acessories and items relating to your oshis! What is oshikatsu I hear you ask? Oshikatsu (oshi+katsudo) is the activity of celebrating and doing activities related to your oshis! This can be making badges and ita bags and fans and photocards dedicated to your favourite character! It doesn't even have to be anime related (looks over shoulder at all the House fans...).
We will be providing glue guns, ribbons of different colours, pearls, toploaders, paper, pencils and pens!! If you can, please bring any additional materials (stickers, photos) you want to use with you too!! We reccomend you bring along any printed out photos (which you can do at the UEA library), badges, cards and merch etc of your choice to decorate, or if you have none, you can draw your character using the paper and pens provided!! All skill levels welcome, if unsure how to make ribbons etc, there are several available YouTube tutorials! Just search "oshikatsu ribbon tutorial" or similar (≧▽≦)
Feel free to bring any other merch like plushies, acrylic stands, fans to decorate your spaces etc so we can have an all out otaku event!!!! Looking forward to seeing people there!
Tickets are £1 for members and £3 for general as it'll cover the cost of materials we will provide!! Please get tickets! If you turn up without one we'll suggest you to get one at the door or bar you 4 life!! (Just kidding guys (◠‿・)—☆)
