University Mental Health Day is a day to get the nation talking about student mental health and to bring people together to highlight the importance of prioritising student wellbeing and support.
That’s why Student Journey and Support Services, the Student Union, Headucate, UEA Sport, and Career Central have teamed up to run activities and showcase the support that is accessible for all UEA students.
We want to highlight the importance of us all taking an active role in supporting our wellbeing but recognise that this looks different person-to-person so there’s a range of activities for you to get involved with on the day.
Want to be active? There’s cornhole! Want to be reflective? There’s a self-care wall! Want to take some time out? There’s a Mindful Café! And more!
We’re inviting everyone to get involved, so why not drop in on the day. There's no need to book and all students are welcome!
