Sportspark Gym

'This Girl Can' lifting session for all female members of all abilities and experience levels in the Sportspark gym. We'll be seeing how much we can all lift across different lifts throughout the whole session, and totalling it up to show that women do belong in the weights room, and can lift heavy.

We have three squat racks/deadlift platforms reserved downstairs!

Please ensure you have completed your Sportspark induction BEFORE attending this session.

We will meet 5 minutes before the session starts in the sportspark cafe and head down together.
