19:30 - 20:00

- Learn the rules of the game

- Train passing technique

- Learn the positions you will play during a game

20:00 - 20:15

- Get changed to get into the pool!!

20:15 - 21:00

- Learn the basics in the pool (eggbeater, head up swimming, etc.)

- Get swimming and warmed up!
