Revani Making — A Turkish-Azeri & UEA Bake Society Collaboration
Step into a warm, cultural baking experience where sweet tradition meets community. Join the Turk-Azeri Society and UEA Bake Society for a hands-on Revani Making event — the beloved semolina sponge dessert soaked in fragrant syrup and served with authentic Turkish tea.
On 25th February in the Green Room, participants will learn how to prepare Revani from scratch, guided step-by-step in a relaxed and friendly setting. Two sessions are available to suit your schedule: 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Whether you’re a beginner baker or simply curious about Turkish desserts, everyone is welcome.
After baking, stay and socialise over tea — attendees of the workshop can enjoy the tea gathering without an extra ticket. If you can’t attend the baking session, you’re still invited to join from 6:00 PM onwards to taste freshly made Revani and experience traditional Turkish tea culture.
