This talk explores how stigma affects autistic people, challenges stereotypes, and highlights the power of authentic representation. Combining lived experience with practical strategies, it offers a unique, interactive approach to understanding autism and equips attendees with tools to create more inclusive and respectful environments. Lee Gibbons is Operations Manager at ASD Helping Hands, a Norfolk charity supporting autistic people and their families. He leads projects that promote inclusion, provide practical support, and give autistic voices a platform in shaping services across the county.
