Reasonable adjustments are changes made by employers to remove or minimise disadvantages experienced by disabled people during the recruitment process and in the workplace, but many disabled candidates are unclear about which adjustments they need, and how to ask for them. Delivered by CareerCentral, this session will talk you through recruitment and workplace adjustments, what to ask for and how to approach this with potential employers, with time for questions.
