Disability Week Talk - LGBTQ+ & Disability

We will look at the links between the disabled community and LGBTQ+ and help you to understand how your behaviour and words can impact someone's daily life and therefore their mental and physical health. Kerry King founded and runs Rainbow Assured, a company that seeks to accredit businesses for their positive LGBTQ+ support to their staff and customers. As a pansexual neurodivergent individual with disabilities, she has lived experience of the impact of discrimination and consequently, inclusion on mental and physical health and works closely with the business community to tackle the issues faced.
