This talk will bring together lived experience, anecdotal stories and academic literature to address some of the misconceptions around ADHD, help people (with and without ADHD) understand more about it and suggest what we can all do to make easier for those of us with ADHD to thrive-“ As a PhD student studying ADHD, I have 40+ years of experience of undiagnosed ADHD, 3 years of the journey of coming to terms with the impact of the diagnosis, anecdotal stories from many friends who are at different points on similar journeys and good understanding of the academic literature”
