Rainbow Assured looks to deep dive into what it truly means to be an ally. We can offer you practical steps to conduct yourself with empathy and compassion with whomever you wish to extend it to. Kerry King founded and runs Rainbow Assured, a company that seeks to accredit businesses for their positive LGBTQ+ support to their staff and customers. As a pansexual neurodivergent individual with disabilities, she has lived experience of the impact of discrimination and consequently, inclusion on mental and physical health and works closely with the business community to tackle the issues faced.
