Part of DSD's Wellbeing Week!
Join us for a mid-week de-stress and wind down during assessment period, through the practice of mindful movement and breath work. Led by Archie Lapham, one of the UEA Yoga club teachers and member of the Student Service Wellbeing Training Team.
The class is free and beginners are welcome. If you have a yoga mat please bring it, but some mats will be available.
