As a Welfare, Community, and Diversity Officer, I am dedicated to building a community where every individual thrives, irrespective of their background. For students unity, understanding, and compassion, creating a future that embraces and celebrates the beautiful diversity within our community.

I would aim to:

- Actively fostering a sense of belonging within our community. Organizing inclusive events and initiatives where everyone, regardless of background or identity, feels welcomed and embraced.

- Implementing programs that promote mental well-being, destigmatize mental health issues and provide accessible resources for everyone.

- Actively engage in initiatives that promote social equality. Advocating for fair treatment, equal opportunities, and addressing any form of discrimination within the UEA community.

- Actively seek partnerships with external organizations and campus groups to enhance the scope and impact of well-being initiatives.
