Hello there!

My name is Ivo Garnham and I’m running to be one of your NUS Delegates. The main purpose of this role is to represent UEA students at the annual NUS conference. Having served as the Undergraduate Education Officer at our Students’ Union this year, I believe I’m the perfect candidate for the job. Within my UEA role, I have fought for and won many improvements to both students’ education and experience at university. These victories include lectures being recorded, exams being online and open-book, and the review of the new timetabling system.

If I am elected as an NUS Delegate, I will ensure that UEA students’ voices are heard at a national level and will vote at conference in the interests of making the National Union of Students both a successful and sustainable organisation.
