UEA Physics & Astronomy Society

Welcome to UEA's Physics and Astronomy soc - The official academic society for all students with any kind of interest in Physics and Astronomy.

As a member, you can expect a variety of events including... pub crawls, careers events, academic talks and many more. Rest assured that throughout the year there will be plenty for you to get involved in; both academically and socially! Members will be granted full access to our societies facebook group and discord where you can find all the info you need on upcoming society events.

On the more academic side: this society has have great connections with IOP (Institute of Physics) which has an endless supply of information essential for Physics undergraduates preparing for careers in the field. (We highly recommend that all physics students get involved even if it's for this reason alone!). Our discord is also a great opportunity for Physics students to help one another with complex and difficult topics on the course.
